New construction projects more often than not involve varying degrees of involvement at the roof, flashing and exterior envelope and waterproofing system. New materials and building trends utilized in these projects are producing ever changing and more complex design and installation challenges.

Plan Review

Roof Management is available to provide design review services that provide our clients with educated solutions to roofing, flashing and waterproofing designs. As many have come to know, industry standards or manufacturer approved details do not always apply to all building designs and flashing details. Our goal is to identify and recommend proven long term and low maintenance roof details often overlooked in the initial design process.

Construction Management

Even the most carefully thought out and designed roof systems can be jeopardized by poor installation practices. In addition to the plan review, Roof Management is able to assign highly qualified field inspectors to monitor a project in order to insure the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance to standards established. As part of our service, Roof Management provides our clients with field reports documenting progress, workmanship, materials used and potential problems encountered after each inspection. Once the project is completed a final close out package is also provided to the client.
